An amazing night hosted by the world-renowned kiwi comedian Te Radar!
A delicious three-course meal using locally produced products and highlighting some of Kāpiti and Horowhenua regions best food producers! All brought together by the acclaimed company Blue Carrot Catering!
A night of entertainment from the smooth tones of our dinner entertainment Matiu Te Huki, followed by the dance floor finale Play On Words fronted by local singer Jess Deacon.
Play On Words is led by Cam Steel (drums, Cajon, other things worth hitting for percussive effect) and Jess Deacon (vocals, guitar and sassy stage presence). Ornamented by occasional musical accomplices, their enthusiasm for challenging the status quo sees them performing forgotten favourites and delicious grooves in the style of “whatever the moment calls for.” They’re proudly an uncovers band; reimagining the tunes they play to keep things interesting, and they're writers of original music, too.
