2021 means the launch of a new customer choice award!
Top Shop is the fresh face of what many of us have known historically as Customer Choice; it’s back for 2021 with a new offering and a focus on engaging the public.
Top Shop will be run as a separate campaign following the main entries closing and voting will be via text to vote by the public. Businesses must register online to be in the running for the Top Shop Award and then the public will decide who wins.
Businesses can register between the 21st June - 4th July and then voting opens to the public between the 12th - 25th July.
There will be a “Top Shop” selected for both Kāpiti and Horowhenua business regions. Any business that has customers can enter – with the public voting for the business they feel has delivered the best customer experience in their region.
With the addition of a text to vote category in 2021, Top Shop has the backing of new sponsors - Vodafone.
