The Customer Experience Awards Finalists are Announced!
We are excited to reveal the outstanding finalists for the 2024 Customer Experience Awards.
This year saw a remarkable number of businesses from both the Horowhenua and Kāpiti Districts entering the Customer Experience Awards.
These businesses were put to the public vote and customers were able to text in and vote for the business they believe offers the best in customer experience in the Horowhenua and Kāpiti districts.
We extend our congratulations to the 2024 finalists. The Awards also acknowledge every business that participated in the 2024 Customer Experience Awards. Even if some did not make it to the finalist stage, the engagement with their customers and the celebration of customer service excellence is to be commended.
Winners for both the Customer Experience and the Main Awards will be announced on October 10th at the Electra Business & Innovation Awards Night.

Early bird tickets for the 2024 Electra Business & Innovation Awards Night are on sale as of the 5th of August. Don’t miss out on the premier business event for the Kāpiti and Horowhenua Districts.
